  3. Purpose Improve skills for building cadet recruit’s ability to succeed with room standards during challenge week Demonstrate proficiency in prescribed room standards Rehearse training evolutions using CTM principles…be ready to do it next week

Mindset--Operating within Limits-- POSITIVE – PROFESSIONAL – PURPOSEFUL – DEMANDING No cadet will put another cadet in a position where he or she must compromise Citadel Core Values or disregard prescribed rules, regulations, or standards 4C system is deliberately and appropriately stressful while always remaining positive, professional, and purposeful

  7. Room Standards Review Source: Blue Book, Chapter 3 • Standardization: Chapter 9, White Book is the only reference. • Pictures are it • No multiple standards across the corps. • Phased Approach: • Squared away by SMI 1 • Build to SMI 1
