SCENARIO OF PAYTM

1. SCENARIO OF PAYTM 1. Login Scenario We have to enter mobile no. and click on proceed securely. It added us on the next pat in which after we enter password and click on submit button. If we don’t remember the password we will click forget password. Then reset password page will be open were we have to enter mobile no. registered with paytm enter OTP page will be open. Were we enter the OTP and it will take us to set new password page were we enter our new paytm password. 2. PAY Option Scenario When we click on pay option we have to enter name/mobile no. We can write it either manually or choose from contact book. Another option is Scan paytm, UPI or any QR. Then we will fill amount and choose an option to pay like (Patym Wallet) then we will click pay button. If we select paytm wallet for payment method if it is empty then it will show Add and Pay option.

Add Money to Paytm Balance Scenario When we click on Add Money option we have to enter amount or if we have any Promo code then we will apply Promo code then there is option Add Money to Paytm wallet or Paytm Gift Voucher we can select any one (Paytm Wallet) and choose an option to Proceed then we will click proceed button. If we select paytm wallet for add money to wallet if it is empty or less amount then it will show Empty Balance or Insufficient Balance. 4. Passbook Scenario When we click on Passbook option and check balance there will be 3 options we can choose those option what we want to see like (Paytm Bank XX 0927) we will click on this. Then we enter Paytm Payments Bank Passcode to View Passbook. If we don’t remember the passcode we will click Forget Passcode. Then reset password page will be open were we have to enter 6-Digit OTP number then click to proceed button,then we enter 4 digit of your Aadhaar Number, then we will create New Password.
