  3. Habitats • Tropical humid forest, Indonesia,SouthernIndia,Southern China • Rivers:Yangtzee,hongshui • Climate: hot areas • Creeks: streams, hot ,places • Not sea otters rivers otters home

  4. Foods and Water • Food: Crustaceans ,mollusks ,stoma -moving , mussels , snakes • Get food: Rivers • How much they eat: 22-25% each day & they are carnivores home

  5. Daily Behavior • Sleep at day or night: Sleep at day play at night • What they play: Play fetch with rocks • Daily behavior: Small Clawed Otters get in to groups of 12 in dentals • Enemies: Humans ,cars home

  6. Family Structures • Babies: one at a time max 6 • 2 years old to mate • Pups active over one day • No teeth eyes close for 5 weeks • Pups cries when mom leaves home
