    • FI admin (All users that are setup to access the WCAC for your FI. If left blank, all users will be selected.)
  • Logs include User ID, date, time, IP address and details/values.

The reporting system allows users to save common reports to a customized dashboard. Reports may also be exported to Excel or Word applications.

Note: By default, reporting will contain all traffic to your website, including visits from your employees at your financial institution. You may choose to exclude your financial institution’s IP address from reporting by submitting a request through Web Services.

Accessing Reports
  • Click the HBX Login button to access the reporting website.
  • Check with your project lead to determine if your financial institution has purchased the reporting functionality. If so, login credentials will be provided by your project manager during the implementation.

If HBX Reporting has not been purchased, the login button will not appear on this screen.

If your FI has purchased Internet Banking and it is located on the same domain as Web Center, basic website statistics may be accessed using the Management Console.
