Trade Certification • The BDC’s Trade Certification Department is the official body that can grant your company a Certificate of Origin for duty free access • Locally manufactured goods can qualify for duty free or preferential access in accordance with rules of origin • Your ability to qualify must be verified by the officers involved in the certification Department

Cartfund Project • CART Fund - £5M Trust Fund, financed by the UK Government and administered by the CDB • The overall aim of the CART Fund is to assist CARIFORUM member countries in boosting growth and reducing poverty through trade and regional integration • Development of Sustainable Exports to the EU under the EPA, with the French Antilles markets acting as a “testing ground”
