Online events updates • Continued online events updates • Catalist – VANGUARD high level workshop on integrated planning – 26-27 May 2011, Bucharest • Draft programme ready and discussed with Marcel Rommerts, update this week • Contact with REC Romania and RATB established • Budget to be confirmed • ARCHIMEDES Clean Vehicles event, cooperation with Biosire project – 15-16 June, San Sebastian • Concall 4 February • Coimbra MODERN cycling 2012? Events coordination

Events coordination: final conference • (Hopefully the last time this needs to be discussed!) • Long phone call with Vincent Leiner • Conclusion: keep it light • Normal call for host cities (include CIVITAS plus preference) • Additional day • Inform / involve CPs in practicality of extension • Involve CPs in preparation through existing bodies (DLG and programme committee) • Dissemination workshop deal still planned?

Clean vehicles event, San Sebastian – 15-16 June • Coordination agreement (REC to sign?) • Budget: • General framework to be developed by San Sebastian, including a proposal of which project shall pay which part of the costs. • ARCHIMEDES: €6000/ VANGUARD: €5000 + subcontracting speakers  / BIOSIRE: €5000 + travel selected trainees • Roles: • Overall coordination: Polis • Local host: San Sebastian • Promotion manager: Gustav Friis • Spanish speaking session could be envisaged. • CIVITAS stand is possible.

Promotion willbe online soon.

  8. Internal Newsletter • 8th issue due for end of February 2011 • Call for contributions sent out, deadline 11 February • Conclusions of internal newsletter discussion at last CM will be taken into account • Please provide any VANGUARD input by mid February as well!
