Managing Research Funding Loss: The Grant Watch List

DESCRIPTION

The Grant Watch List aims to proactively manage potential research funding losses in the current NIH environment. This cooperative effort involves monitoring pending applications, assessing the financial status of Principal Investigators (PIs), and identifying those facing significant funding reductions. The process includes regular reporting, departmental feedback, and strategic planning to mitigate the impact of funding losses on ongoing projects. By ensuring that budgets and expenses are carefully monitored, we can proactively address challenges and ensure continued research viability.
