NoiIncertitudini • Cumulul de ajutoare: Fonduri OIE sau AFM +schema suport • Monitorizarea producatorilor in vederea depistarii eventualei supracompensari si luarea de masuri = modificarea schemei suport pentru nou intrati • Notificarea individuala a proiectelor peste 125 MW, necesara DOAR in cazul unei scheme care presupune ajutor de stat REZULTAT: Proiecte imposibil de finantat
