Evening MBA Program Features • Self-paced, semester-based program • No pre-set program—students select their own study plan • Most classes 7pm-9:45pm, some classes 4pm-6:45pm • General MBA or specialize in one of seven areas • Cost: 0-6 units = $1612; 7 or more units= $2,653 (per semester) • Additional Professional Fee of $210 per unit These are the current fees which are subject to change based on approval

Accelerated MBA ProgramFeatures • One year, full time, day-time program (Mon-Th, 9:30am-3:15pm) • Pre-set schedule, lock-step cohort; 10-week quarters • Program is designed for recent graduates and international • students who don’t plan to work while in the program • General MBA • Cost: $700 per unit (includes class registration, books, • materials, parking, international experience) These are the current fees which are subject to change based on approval The Accelerated MBA is administered in conjunction with College of Professional and Continuing Education (CCPE). Services such as class registration are carried out by CCPE. Student advising and all academic functions are carried out by CBA

Saturday MBA Program Features • 21-months program (8am-6:00pm) • Pre-set schedule, lock-step cohort; semester-based schedule • Program is designed for working adults • Most students have middle and upper level management • experience • General MBA • $41,000 (includes class registration, books, materials, • international experience) These are the current fees which are subject to change based on approval The Saturday MBA is administered in conjunction with the College of Professional and Continuing Education (CCPE). Services such as class registration are carried out by CCPE. Student advising and all academic functions are carried out by CBA.

  9. Startdates for the MBA Program Evening MBA: Currently, students can begin in the fall only. Accelerated MBA:The next cohort will begin July 26, 2010. Saturday MBA:The next cohort starts August 24, 2010.

Year One (12 units) • Accounting 500: Management & Financial Accounting • Finance 501: Financial Management • Management 500: Business Policies, Operations and Organizations • Marketing 500: Marketing Concepts The MBA Curriculum (48 units) These classes may be waived if students have earned a degree from an AACSB-accredited business school within the last five years, and received a B or better in the course.

  13. BLAW and ECON Requirements You are expected to fulfill the body of knowledge requirement for a basic business law class and a basic economics class. Students who have not had an Economics course prior to entering the MBA Program must acquire that knowledge by completing an Economics course as a condition to obtaining an MBA degree Students who have not had an upper division Business Law course prior to entering the MBA Program must acquire that knowledge by completing Business Law 520 or its equivalent. Most students, particularly those with a business undergraduate degree, have already taken these classes and this requirement will be waived for them upon presenting a transcript that lists these classes.

  15. 2.CSULB Application Process • Minimum 2.5 GPA for admission • Apply online at www.csumentor.edu • Leave Statement of Purpose section (sec. 9) blank • You do not need to submit the references (sec. 8) • Submit $55 non-refundable fee • Submit one set of original transcripts • (International Students apply to International Admissions) • TIPS • Apply Early (particularly international students) • Submit the MBA Information Sheet • Inform the office of your scheduled GMAT Date • No application will be reviewed unless complete

Admission Process Minimum Requirements: • 2.75 GPA • 500 overall GMAT score • At least 20 in Verbal and Quantitative portions • At least 4.0 in the Analytical Writing Portion • Saturday MBA has minimum 3 year work experience requirement • Evening and AMBA do not require work experience Note: Meeting these minimum requirements does not a guarantee admission
