  1. Home Tutors And School Teachers: The Difference

  2. Home tuition has become a new trend in Indian society. It is regarded as the best alternative after schooling. There is a conviction among Indian parents that their formal education is inadequate for their wards. So they believe that private tuition is the only supplement that can nurture their kids. The demand for private tutors emerged high in the Indian education system. Formal schooling which is the only possible way of education in early times is gradually declining its importance. Nowadays students attend school just for the sake of attendance and exams.  This negligence of school activities is creating an awful impact among the teachers. Students are not at all attentive in their classes. They mostly follow their private tuitions and study accordingly. Thus private tutors play a significant role in the academics of a student.

  3. School Teachers • In school, a specific curriculum was followed and tutored to a large number of students. They have a standard flow of teaching. They just have to teach the fixed lessons as instructed by the school authority. Their main focus is to complete the syllabus for unit tests. The topics which are not included in exams were overlooked. Apart from that, it is very difficult in a classroom to give personal attention to each and every student. • Home Tutors • Home tuitions are more personal-oriented. The students get the opportunity to clarify every single doubt. The private tutors taught upon the interest of the student. A learner with immense thrust for knowledge will always prefer private tuition in mira roadto formal schooling in Thane. They will be able to go back to the curriculum previously taught to them in class. This helps them to rebuild their lost confidence. Many students are aspiring for competitive exams who need to learn different types of topics. Such topics are generally not included in the school lessons. So the only possible way to become skilled at those topics is a home tutor. They take regular assessments and do several revisions. This allows the student to improve their skills and boosts their confidence in the subjects which were labeled as challenging.

  4. Impact of the difference • This constant difference between the teachers in school and at home is creating a sense of disagreement between them. Both of them were fixed in their respective way of teaching. This hinders the learning capacity of the students and they are in a state of dilemma. The same concepts were taught in two different methods by two teachers.  • The method which was instructed to follow in tuitions is not accepted in the school. Even sometimes students score low marks just because they didn’t follow the school teaching. This slowly causes demotivation. They lost their self-confidence. • Their academic performance started to deteriorate. This unplanned way of learning will make them frustrated at last and consume their time and make them tired.  • So it is the duty of a student to organize the topics on their own without being completely dependable to others. A balance between home tuitions in mira roadand schooling in Thane is necessary to allocate some time for self-study and independent thinking.
