  1. Awareness Training Participants will acquire the understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001 standard. This will provide them the knowledge of all 10 clauses especially from clause 4 to 10. This will also enable them to understand the risk based thinking. Topic Includes: Quality Management System Context of the Organization Role of Leaders in developing the system How to plan Risk Based Thinking Resources required for supporting the system How to make it operational Audit Continual Improvement

  2. Internal Auditor Training Internal Auditor Training Training will be a combination of Presentations and Workshops. Training will be provided by an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor and experienced quality professionals.The Training will provide the necessary information on how to plan, execute and improve the internal audits in an organization. This will include Audit Plan, creating auditing committee, audit procedure and completing an audit.Certificates will be provided by the IRCA Certified Lead Auditor upon taking the exam.

  3. Risk Based Thinking Training The training provides the introduction of Risk based thinking in context to the standard ISO 9001:2015. It will also provide them the practical training on how to identify risks and how to evaluate them based on ISO 9001:2015 standard. The training will also help in enabling participants in providing necessary responses to all types of risks as well as opportunities.   4. The training for Lead Auditor Course of ISO 9001:2015 can help an individual to understand, implement and evaluate the importance of each substance of a management system. Management Systems Lead Auditors based on ISO 9001:2015. ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor course will be a 5 day course. This course will provide delegates with an in-depth knowledge as emphasis will be given to practical application of assessment skills.
