Cementing Plugs  Digger provides Cementing Plugs (Top & Bottom), which are manufactured from NBR / HNBR rubber that is fused upon a composite or Aluminum core.  These plugs are completely PDC drillable.  Operating range of temperature with Aluminum core is up to 200 ~275 Deg F.  Available Sizes from 4-1/2” ~ 20”  Can be Customized as per Well Conditions www.diggerdownholetools.com

  16. 3. Casing Centralizers Digger provides various type of casing centralizers, which are designed and manufactured as per API Spec 10D. We provide both spring and rigid centralizers regarding the well path requirement. DIG-LIZER – Steel Centralizers “DIG-LIZER” brand – Hydrodynamic Slip On Steel Rigid Stamped Centralizers Digger Offer wide range of rigid Centralizers to suits all well conditions.  All rigid centralizers are tested in accordance to API 10TR5.  This unique Centralizer is designed to centralizer casing in Vertical, Deviated & Horizontal wells.  This Centralizer design provides a bearing surface for lower drag force which requires less rotational torque than conventional centralizers.  Robust design – combined with modern manufacturing methods.  Highest Standoff enhance operational efficiency and cement distribution  DIG-LIZER, this Centralizer has ZERO starting and running force while running in hole  Available Sizes range from 5” to 20” www.diggerdownholetools.com

Bridge Plugs & Cement Retainers Digger Wire-line / Mechanical Set Bridge Plugs and Cement Retainers are compact and designed for easy drill out in composite & Casted materials.  The one piece packing element and metal back up rings combine for a superior seal.  Set Securely in most harden casing.  Can be easily converted to Mechanical Cement Retainers, Wireline or Mechanical Set Bridge Plugs  They are available from 4-1/2″ to 20″ casing sizes.  Different elastomers are available for higher temperatures  Drillable, cast iron construction  Wire-line or hydraulically or Mechanical Set  Locking mechanism for ease in drilling multiple plugs www.diggerdownholetools.com
