ABOUT US My name is Gilda Sarceno and I am proudly cofounder of La Diferencia Restaurant along with my husband, this place is the culmination of my dreams ever since I came to this country, I wanted to have a place to call my own and to be able to serve the food that I love so much, it is my wish for all of our guests to have a memorable experience here with us and enjoy great food and drinks.

  3. LA DIFERENCIA We’ve always had the passion for good food, it has been our dream to one day have our own place where to share the passion that drives us. Both my wife Gilda and I (Luis) wanted to have a little nice place where to offer authentic dishes and with the help of a very experienced chef (Chef Jimmy as we call him) we are now able to bring to our guests a very well balanced menu that features rich flavors most of all.
