Role of Sport Central • The Vision • Integrated coherent structure, working together, inclusive approach, long term pathway, strong base • Aims • Pathway to life long involvement • Develop potential • Develop athletes with potential leading to CSIS • Objectives - integrated plans • support and develop clubs • coach development opportunities • support and develop volunteers • facility development/ access • develop joint sporting solutions • Targets • Increase number of children and young people participating • Increase the performance levels of young people
