General layout Brine circuit: Tyfoxit -50 • 1 heat exchanger with the chiller circuit • 2 pumps (redundancy) • 7 heat exchanger in the detector units • 3 cooling loops in cascade (chiller, brine, fluorocarbon) • 3 regulation systems for the distribution Temperature (H20 flow rate, brine flow rate, C6F14 heating up) CMS Tracker cooling - status report

What is there • Chiller and brine circuits installed in USC55 in April 06 • Thermal Screen and Preshower cooling units installed in UXC55 in August 06 • Silicon strip and Pixels units installed in UXC55 in November 06 • Electrical and control rack in USC55 in October 06 • Piping and cabling between caverns ready CMS Tracker cooling - status report
