  4. Currently: • Form letters for annual License renewal are now being generated. They do not require a signature. • Change of administrator • Change of e-mail, etc.

  5. Licenses Look Different! Digital signature for Director Three dates on license: • Effective Date • Expiration Date • Issue Date
