ECR: 20% only • Proper functioning of all identified locations for EDR feeding • Late, cancel, etc position into PRS promptly
Claims: Goods • NR wagons mgmt. at G/S - prompt • Cement and such consignment – prompt disposal, AD or else • Monsoon precautions • Claims prevention – Bulletin, posters • Interception of oil wagons by depots – no intimation to HQs – A/C objects • Unconnected/missing wagons - prompt
Claims: Goods (contd.) • Upkeep of records, books, register – very vital, presently not good and not standardized • Sign. of Party and Rly men on registers, books – very casual • ‘Self’ delivery – erroneous, not proper • I/Bond business – needs to be serious • Role of GSS needs to be reviewed
Claims: Parcel • Over carriage – great source of claims • Inventory – not being taken fully • SR fixation – delay, A/C objects & Party suffers • Guards Memo – not being taken regularly • Parcel clerk diary – “No Room” remarks from Guards necessary - perishables

Court • DRM report: alarming situation, division to monitor internally, Sr DCMs to co-ordinate with RPF • Form 1&2 – very essential, availability of forms and submission to be ensured • Division to enclose details of these and ex-gratia payments with MCDO to HQs • Suo-motto and prompt enquiry into 124 A cases and intimation to HQs
Court (contd.) • Preservation of records, like TSR, station diary and others – model time frame • Consumer cases – a divisional affair, HQs to monitor, approve WS for cases involving HQs and above officials • Prompt intimation to HQs for closure and amount paid, monthly figures to reach by 2nd of successive month
