Complaint Fact Corrective Action Date Cate. 10/25 APPLE FSD004-290H BU1 10/31 設計 製程 APPLEFSD004-290H L003 腳斷 Issue – Oct. • 10/25 2EA 不良單體在FATP-BOSS做振動測試時，L003 腳斷了並剝離單體; • 陸續再收到2EA 不良單體，1EA為從箱子取出發現L003掉了，1EA開機一陣子L003腳燒了. • 不良單體分析為，元件引腳吃錫高度不足，元件在做震動時受應力導致其裂錫和腳斷.（L003底部點膠有溢到孔內，及焊錫條件導致吃錫高度不足） • 在L003與HS1間增加點膠以抵抗更大應力.如圖 • 修改底部點膠位置和點膠量（自動點膠) , 並修改錫爐條件. • 已經全部重工廠內庫存。 • FATP 將退 9240PCS回廠內重工. 改前 改後
