  3. 3 L’ORIGINE DEL DATO Anagrafe E’ NELL’ANAGRAFE DEL COMUNE Qualunque sia il procedimento amministrativo di una QUALSIASI P.A. ad un certo momento occorrono i dati anagrafici delle PERSONE FISICHE. ECCO DOVE NASCE LA CENTRALITA’ DELL’ANAGRAFE,NELLA NECESSITA’ DI DISPORRE IL DATO ANAGRAFICO CORRETTO.

  4. COMUNE: Anagrafe ALTRI ENTI (ASL, ecc…) CAMERA DI COMMERCIO Registro Imprese COMUNE: Anagrafe Immobiliare 4 IL NUCLEO

  5. 5 MA CON RISERVA!! Esistono infatti delle CRITICITA’ Le banche dati sono ISOLATE e questo è fonte di ERRORI MACROSCOPICI indotti dalla “trascrizione” all’interno dello stesso Ente ed in Enti diversi delle stesse informazioni

  6. 6 GLI ERRORI DI TRASCRIZIONE IL PASSAGGIO DI DATI tra un servizio ed un altro può generare errori per discrepanza, generati maggiormente da errate trascrizioni. Ad esempio è stato calcolato l’errore per il passaggio … tra ANAGRAFE e STATO CIVILE dal 2% al 6% tra ELETTORALE e ANAGRAFE dal 0,5% al 3%

  7. 7 GLI ERRORI DI TRASCRIZIONE FATTORE MOLTIPLICATIVO 3 Ogni Ente “eredita” dati incongruenti nella misura che oscilla tra 1,5% ed il 18% un celebre esempio MINISTERO DELLE FINANZE: Codici fiscali doppi e con errori E’ stato riscontrato nella misura del 8% per ciascun Comune: oltre 4 milioni di cittadini hanno subito questo errore
