  3. Pancakes with fruit orjam Ingredients: 250g of flour 1 egg 250ml of milk 50ml of water ½ tablespoon of oil pinch of salt Preparation: Mix all ingredients together. Warm a frying pan. Pour some of the mixture into frying pan. Fry it about 3 minutes, then rotate it. Put the pancake on the plate.Add jam, fruit or what you want.

  5. Stuffed Cabage Difficulty: Easy Ingredients: 1 cabbage 250 gm rice 200 gm pork 250 millilitre stock 1 onion salt pepper Preparation: Cook rise and mix it with pork mince. Add cut, fry onion, salt and pepper. Cook leaves of cabbage and dry them. On every leaf put spoon ofstuffing and roll up. Stuffed cabbage put in to pot with a little hot oil and stock. Roast 1 hour in atemperature 170°C.

Apple Pie Ingredients: two cups of flour two tablespons of potato flour 25 grams of margarine 4 eggs a cup of sugar a little baking powder 70 grams of apples vanilla sugar Preparation: Melt margarine, cool it and pour into sugar. Mix the ingredients. Next add all eggs. Add wheat flour and potato flour . Mix carefully. Half of the cake place in form. Put peeled piece of apples on the cake and cover everything with the rest of the cake. Bake in a hot oven about fifty or sixty minutes. In theand pour some melted chocolatte on the top.

  8. „Babka” Cake Preparation: 1 hour Difficulty: Easy Ingredients: Three glass of flour Seven whites One glass of sugar 250g ofmargarine Two glasses of milk One packet of vanilla sugar Preparation: First beat the white and add the sugar. Melt the margarine. Pour the fat and the milk to the bowl with sugar. Mix about 10 minutes. Add the flour and the vanilla sugar. Pour dough into the baking tin. Then bake the cake in a hot oven for 35-40minutes.

Pastry with Sauerkraut Ingredients: Pastry: twenty dag of flour one egg one yolk twelve dag of butter half a teaspoon of salt pinch of ginger and nutmeg Filling: thirty dag of sauerkraut one dag of dried mushrooms one onion some oil some salt and pepper Preparation: Mix all the ingredients for pastry in a large bowl. Next wash the mushrooms and boil them in a pot. Boil the sauerkraut in a separate pot. When they are soft, put them in a mincer and mince them for two minutes. Chop the onion. Add the onion to the minced mushrooms and sauerkraut. Add some oil and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper. Use the rolling pin, to make the pastry thin.Cut out circles from the pastry put some filling on the pastry circles and stick together. Put them into heated oven and bake for ten minutes.

Easy Salad Preparation:20minutes Cooking time:40minutes Difficulty: Easy Ingredients: 3carrots 1 small celery and 1 parsley 1tin of green peas 1 onion 4 potatoes 1tin of sweetcorn 1tin of beans 4 eggs some salt and pepper one teaspoon of mustard a jar of mayonnaise Preparation: Peel carrots, a celery, a parsley and potatoes and put everything into the pot. Pour some cold water and boil for about 40 minutes. Eggs put into another pot, pour some water and boil them for about 20minutes. Open the tins of green peas, sweetcorn and beans.Throw everything into the bowl and mix. Boiled vegetables and eggs chop and add to the bowl. Peel the onion, chop it and also add to the bowl. Put some salt and pepper, some mustard and mayonnaise. Mix everything. Serve with fresh bread or a roll for breakfast or supper.

  12. Bigos • Preparation: • Shred the cabbage and put it into a big pot. Pour hot water, add dried plumps, • laurel leaves and allspice. Stew the cabbage until it is tender (about 50 minutes) • Meanwhile: • 2. Put the dried mushrooms into a small pot and pour them with hot water. • 3. Chop the onion and the sausage into small cubes. Fry them on the frying pan • 4. Chop the rest of the meat. Boil it in a pot for about 20 minutes and strain. • 5. When the cabbage is tender, strain the mushrooms and chop them. • Put it together: • 6. Add the mushroom, meat and the onion with sausage to the cabbage. • Stir the ingredients and cook them slowly for about 20 minutes. • Pour out the excess of water. • 7. Add red wine and cook bigos for the next 15 minutes. • Then add all the spices and tomato concentrate. Stir well. • 8. The longer you stew your bigos the better it is.  but be carefull not to burn it! • Ingredients:

Ingredients:-250g pork or chicken, 100g bacon, 100g sausage-Vegetables: carrots, parsley, celery, leek-A few potatoes-About ½ kilo of sauerkraut-Tablespoon of lard -Spices: pepper, salt Preparation:1.At First, chop and cook meat  and vegetable stock and season it to taste.2.At the same time, in a separate pot, cook sauerkraut.3.When the meat and vegetables are already tender add cooked sauerkraut.4.Cook for a few minutes.
