  3. Services Designed for Deaf • Run by Deaf people • Hearing people served by interpreters • Have materials designed for Deaf community

  4. Mobile VCT Units • Go after invitation from Deaf community • Go to places with significant Deaf population (over 80 people) and active Deaf institutions • For places with low awareness and knowledge of HIV • For places that haven’t received MCVT yet • Follow up visits for communities receiving MCVT services after 3 months
