  1. Clinical case Tooth #20 , Large periapical Pathology (x-ray)Pain on light percussion.

  2. Two month after Tooth #20 was removed

  3. Full thickness flap Apicaly positioned, Bone quality-3, Implant: Almitech, regular collar(4.8) 4,1-10mm, implant was screwed in applying torque 30 Ncm, Abutment :solid 5,0 mm Temporary crown inserted at the day of the surgery.

  4. Three month and a half after implant placement, temporary crown was removed, implant was checked applying torque 30 Ncm, Final Impression was taken (no gingival retraction needed)

  5. Final Cementation of the Crown
