Who we are… • A locally owned and operated learning consulting company who does not • participate in overseas outsourcing. • The company was started with fifteen years experience, and understanding, • of adult learning and corporate training and development. • Our team consists of technical writers, E-learning developers, • and performance consultants with real-world experience. • Our services are designed for us to partner with small • and mid size companies with limited resources who are • looking for the services provided to a large corporation with the personal • touch and price of a small company. • Our customers include: Progressive Insurance (OH), Yellow Freight (KS), Roadway (OH), Essential Learning (CA).

  5. E-learning… Is Flexible! Take a course when convenient, for example during downtime. It keeps employees doing their jobs and, therefore, maximizes billable services. Self-paced and self-directed. In an in-person workshop, everyone sits through the same material. Therefore, a seasoned employee may waste time reviewing material that he or she has mastered long ago, while the new employee might find the pace of the workshop too fast and may need more details to fully understand the topic. E-learning allows the employee to go at his or her own pace, and to delve as deeply into unfamiliar content as needed or to move quickly through already mastered content. Helps an organization manage and update content more easily, provide immediate feedback to trainees, make learning more fun and interesting, and track staff's performance and course completion.

Does not require staff to support, cost to host, or space to house. Student log in page shows enrolled, completed and available courses. • Works with fast or slow intranet/internet connections, does not require high-bandwidth proprietary file formats. • Each student has his/her own online notebook to download and retain at the end of the course. • Requires no client-side “plug-in” software. • Time feature to track amount of time student takes.
