  3. USATF Age Divisions *athletes age 7 on or before December 31 of the current year can participate **Athletes who are still 18 through the final day USATF National Junior Olympic championship are eligible to compete

Club/USATF Registration 1) USATF Registration (www.usatf.org)* • Instructions located on PTC website (renew/new) • Copy of athletes Birth certificate for (new members only) • Complete USATF Cost: $20.00 per athlete • Site accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover card 2) PTC Registration (online: www.pacesetterstrackclub.com)* • All members must complete a form online for 2014, include your USATF number. • Renewal athletes don’t need a new account, but must register again. 3) USATF & PTC Registration deadline 4/17 for Elementary and 6/5 for Middle/High School (late registrations may be taken for middle/high school students) 4) Deadlines: Elementary meet fees (4/24), Club fees (5/1) and Middle/High meet and club fees due (6/5) 5) Club group text for team messages and practice/meet information: text @pacesette to 740-945-9033 *Please remember when signing up at the USATF site that you select renew if this is not your first registration. *You must get a USATF membership number and give us that number during registration at the PTC website. You should have 2 registrations.

  5. 2014 Meet/Practice Schedule • Meet Schedule • First meet is April 24th*, 2014 • 2 meet out of state (Region 5: Charleston, West Virginia. USATF Nationals: Houston, Texas) • Required meets for advancement (your athlete must participate to advance): • June 21-22,2014Ohio Association Junior Olympic Championships, Cedarville University, Cedarville, OH.Top 6 advance to Region 5 Championships. • July10-13,2014USATF Region 5 Junior Olympic Championships, Charleston, West Virginia.Top 5 advance to JO National Champs in Houston, Texas. • Practice Schedule/Location • April/May(6-7:30 pm): 2 days per week (Tues/Thurs), Location: Reynoldsburg High School • June/July(6-8:00 pm): 4 days per week (Mon – Thurs), Reynoldsburg School • First practice: Tuesday, April 15 (weather permitting) *More meets for elementary age athletes will be added to the schedule

Club Fees/Payment Schedule • Club Fees for Elementary Division 12 yrs. & under: $200 (first athlete), $125 (second athlete), $75 (third+ athletes) (April start for all) Due Date: 5/1/14 • Club Fees for 13 yrs. & older: $150 (first athlete), $125 (second athlete), $75 (third + athlete) Due date: 6/5/14 • Training Fees: $165.00 regardless to when you start • Meet Fees-Due 4/24/14 • Lump Sum: $75, to be collected prior to first meet • Additional amounts may be collected as needed based on athlete advancement through qualifying meets (i.e. number of meets and events) • Uniform Fees (includes uniform/warm-up) • 12 yrs. old & under: $100. 13 yrs. & above: $120 • Payment must be received at time of order • Orders to be placed online via club website, during registration • Order and payment must be completed by 4/17/14

  7. Fundraising • SombreroPay • Online donation program. Donations can be made directly from the website and will be applied to the athlete accounts. Funds will be discounted from your account or paid out. The campaign ends May 31, 2014. • Funds will deposit into the account as they are processed. We do not have to wait for the campaign to be over. If you are owed any funds checks will be distributed the 2nd week of June. • Pacesetters Track Club receives $10.00 per donation and the athlete gets the rest. • PTC Apparel through Mylocker.net (Link on the website) • Great news! Our online apparel shop is open for business. Customize your favorite gear on screen and have it shipped directly to your door.   9. 2014 Committees Volunteer Committees sign up when you register or email us at info@pacesetterstrackclub.com • Community Sponsorship (Cynthia Robertson) • Assist with identifying, contacting and securing community sponsors. Sponsorship can assist with an athlete’s fees, soda/paper products etc. for the banquet, travel sponsorship. • Stats and Awards (Irene Collins) • Keeping a log of athletes stats per event per age group. This would also require some training on uploading information to our stats software, very easy to use. You may be asked to assist with awards distribution for the club or during the Ohio association meet. • Photography & Videography (Lisa L Palmer) • Volunteer to take pictures at all events. Capture the season through pictures and video. Photos will be the property of the Club and will be used for the website and other USATF sanctioned events, Facebook, and Twitter. • Fundraising (Cynthia Robertson) • Please sign-up for this committee if you are interested in assisting the club raise funds to cover travel, sponsor athletes, and purchase awards. • Academic and Life Skills (Yvonne Gray) • This is a new committee. Assist with gathering college recruit information for Junior and Senior athletes, assist with resume and vitae building and contacting parents to stay up-to-date with club athletes and their academic honors, access to update the web page will be granted.

Key Dates May 5/1 – Club Fees due 5/18– Track Meet: Columbus T&F Classic – Jesse Owens OSU 5/24-Tenative Meet or Middle School State Meet* 5/30 – Travel/Lodging Accommodations finalized for Regional and Nationals and registration deadline for Middle/High School Athletes April 3/22 – Season Kickoff Meeting 4/15 – First practice (weather permitting) 4/17– Complete USATF & PTC Registration online 4/17– Uniform order deadline, final payments received 4/24- Meet fees due, must be paid to be entered in the meet 4/27-First Meet, BJT Elementary Championship* June 6/5- PTC Registration and fees Deadline for Middle/High school athletes 6/8 – Track Meet: Northwest Track Classic Northmont 6/14 – Track Meet: Worthington Summer Classic 6/19 – Parent Meeting during practice – 6/21 – 6/22 Track Meet: Ohio Assn. Jr. Olympics Championships Cedarville, OH 6/29-Tenative Meet July/August 7/2-Tenative Meet-Miami Valley Meet 7/9 – Parent Meeting during practice 7/10 – 7/13 Track Meet: Region V Championships (Charleston, West Virginia) 7/21 – 7/27 Track Meet: National Championships (Houston, Texas) TBD – End of Season Picnic *includes AAU meets
