Common Feature User can select required fields from here whatever he wants to show in his report Select date range Select Plant Enter Enter Select Section Enter M/c Name using help window Select Department Select Activity Select Sub activity User can make Black & White/Colorful reports Select option for Orientation Finally user can Print/View generated report

  9. Masters

  10. Masters Showing machines are still in Breakdown Showing Due Machines for Maintenance

  11. Masters Select options from the menu bar Showing different masters For e.g. Machine Master

  12. Maintenance

  13. Maintenance Schedule Select Maintenance Schedule for Preparing the Machine wise Standard Schedule for Maintenance

  14. Maintenance Schedule User can prepare maintenance schedule as per By Reading also Find out Next Maintenance Date View Std. Schedule Days for Maintaining Activity Sub Activity or Checkpoint of Main Task of a M/c View Last Maintenance Date Copy the same schedule for another machine or activity MMIS Showing last Maintenance Schedule Add, Change or Delete the Schedule View First, Previous, Next or Last Schedule Save Schedule after adding or editing

  15. Maintenance Schedule Once the Schedule is prepared user may get following outputs by just on a single click like: • Maintenance Due Report • Prepare Maintenance Plan • Monthly Plan • Yearly Plan • Machine wise Plan • Daily Plan • Planning for critical parts

  25. Maintenance View and Edit Enter From date -To date This option is usefulto view the maintenance entry one by one and if any mistake had been done then rectify it by admin/manager level user For locating a particular entry MMIS gives an option ‘Search’ to locate theparticular entry

  26. Maintenance Delete After entering the parameter and confirming to delete the entry, MMIS delete the last maintenance entry and make the schedule accordingly. MMIS allow to delete the last maintenance of a machine of an activity

  27. Maintenance On the basis of entered data, prepared Reports for a machine, for an activity or sub activity for the given period Entered the work done on a machine or change any part of machine between two schedule maintenance by using this module

  28. Maintenance Reschedule If the machine is work perfectly and does not required any maintenance then user may reschedule its plan without disturbing its standard schedule. On the basis of entered data, user can prepare the Reschedule register for a machine, for an activity or sub activity for the given period

  29. Maintenance Reschedule

  30. Break Down Maintenance New parts to the Part Master can be added from here This option is useful to enter the sudden breakdown of machine during therunning of machines. New Causes can also be added to the Breakdown Reason Master from here Enter breakdown details such as breakdown time, its type (Operational, Maintenance or Engineering) and class (Major or Minor), breakdown reason and what actions have taken for it.

  31. Break Down Maintenance On the basis of entered data user may get following outputs • Break down Register Report • Ageing Analysis Breakdown Report • Breakdown From Last Maintenance Report • Mean Down Time • Machine wise month wise Breakdown Losses ( in Min/ In Percentage)

  32. Break Down Maintenance Report

  33. Break Down Maintenance Report As per selected data, whatever the maintenance done last time on the occurred breakdown , user can find out the performance of preventive maintenance

  34. Break Down Maintenance Report On the basis of entered data, user can find out how much time machine was down (in minutes / in percentage)
