PMRoles and Responsibilities • Project Manager • Responsible and accountable for all aspects of the Project • Ensuring the Project is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope • Review/Approve changes affecting budget, schedule and/or scope • Requirements Management • Coordinate with LANT lead and functional leads to execute requirements • Financial management: Consolidated Spend plan development and financial reporting • Risk management • Communicate Project status in response to PMW-170 requests for information, leveraging off of ISEA resources • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly accomplishments reporting • Monthly Financial reporting • Resource Management Monitors progress regularly by conducting weekly status meetings with Leads

  9. CBSP ISEA Accomplishments/Achievements Statement C: Distribution authorized to US government agencies and their contractors. (Administrative or Operational Use). • Completed 53 CBSP SOVTs • CBSP ISEA Logistics and Engineering services in support of FLV IOT&E event. Ensuring all the ILS products and system readiness requirements were met before COMOPTEVFOR conducted testing onboard LPD-20 • Completed CBSP Satellite coverage validation and verification (V&V) package. A six month effort that included the collection and analysis of operational data from ships around the globe to validate that the C-band and Ku-Band satellite coverage key performance parameters outlined in the CBSP CPD • Completed implementation of CBSP Phase II architecture solution at Navy points of presence and commercial gateways globally • CBSP's End-to-End Services contract was awarded to Intelsat General Corporation (IGC) on 25 January 2010 which led to new terrestrial planning • The Phase I transition of the contract (completed in FY10) was to transition all commercial satellites and Land Earth Stations (LES) from the old contract to the new • The Commercial SATCOM In-Service Engineering Activity completed an incremental System Operational Verification Test (SOVT) of the CBSP Phase II Terrestrial Architecture at Naval Computer Telecommunications Area Master Station Pacific (NCTAMS PAC) • ISEA support for a successful Integrated Logistic Assessment (ILA) of the CBSP program • Overall CBSP ISEA support for the last 4 years in support of Full Rate Production (FRP) milestone accomplished on SEPT 2011

(Administrative or Operational Use). • LPD 20 • Congress Resolution Appropriation (CRA). • ULV CBSP system reliability and the need to have spare parts to provide interim support until program reach Material Supportability Date (MSD). Parts failure during PITCO or fielded systems requires cannibalizing other systems to support operational ships or new installs/SOVTs. • Configuration Management on new CBSP system deliveries.
