Infrastructure andStreetscape Goal: Provide new infrastructure and maintain it in way that will ensure and promote public safety, health, environmental protection and quality of life Objective 2.1.1 Redesign the streetscape of the entire neighborhood to prevent the accumulation of water on driveways and on sidewalks and to improve the appearance of the streets. Housing andArchitecture Goal: To achieve an adequate balance and affordable range of housing for residents as well as for seasonal renters. Built new residential units to conserve a good quality of housing stock, eliminate substandard structures and to create a new identity to the neighborhood Objective2.2.1: Within the first three years of the redevelopment plan, establish a renter program or an efficient mechanism to address housing issues as well as housing maintenance such as HOA or LOA. Property Maintenance andLOA Goal: Protect the neighborhood for deterioration while maintaining an outstanding appearance, safety and stability of the neighborhood. Objective 2.3.1: Establish a rental property maintenance code to provide minimum standards and regulations for the maintenance of the units. Civic Involvement Phase 2 - (3 Years) Goal: Incorporate community action and participation into the redevelopment of the neighborhood. Create a sense of pride and ownership through new programs and new ideas. Objective2.5.4: Neighborhood clean-up with the help of 4H members.
