  1. Collagraphy

  2. Collagraphy-is a printmaking process in which materials are applied to a rigid board. It comes from the Greek terms KOLL or KOLLA and Graph (Glue and Draw). It is a collage-like process where you can combine any type of material: cardboard, fabric, gesso, glue, string, sand, matteboard, beads, pasta, bubble wrap, and so on. Your materials are endless and just about anything can be used.

  3. Your homework is to come up with 3 sketches, and bring in research (at least 2 images and 2 pages of text). What is research? - reference/inspiration images - historical background information - definitions - where is it seen? - stories, poems and quotes - articles
