5. Tour Price $778.00 Deposit ($150) by October 31st First 50 then waiting list May pay at once or through New Century Tours’ payment plan MC/VISA… Total will be charged unless “Deposit Amount” is indicated

6. Refunds and Cancelation You will be automatically enrolled in the full refund guarantee program costing and additional $100 unless you option out by checking off the box on the back of the application!! Cancellation without this program will result in lost money depending on how soon you cancelled. The refund program protects all monies except the $100 cost of the program

7. Correspondence You will receive only two correspondence from New Century Tours The initial letter – with payment coupons and envelops A final letter stating and final balance that may be due

8. Dress & Spending Money Dress casual, check the weather (rain gear) They’ll spend as much as you give them!!! Snacks? Batteries for camera’s?? Film?? Comfortable shoes/sneakers.. Avoid flip flops

9. Our Policies Students will be chaperoned in groups of 10-12 students. Some exceptions include eating situations, when in hotel, Smithsonian, shopping. Security will alert chaperones to any problem Inappropriate behavior will result in a student being sent home at the parents expense. (Note: behavior while on tour policy is on the back of the application.)

10. Room Selection Students are assignment 4 per room Every effort is made to room students with at least one friend No co-ed rooms

Do not order the T-Shirt – The Gorton PTO will be providing the T-Shirts Be sure to check the box on the back of the application if you choose to opt out of the refund cancellation insurance

13. Today!! Permission Slip – Fill out and return to school….. Mr. Hewes in room 210 Medical Release Form – Fill out and return to school…. Mr. Hewes in room 210 as soon as possible! (Note: Medical Release Form requires that the parent’s signature be notarized.)
