  11. CONCLUSION KaluramPrakash knew his eldest daughter, Lali was sick. She had symptoms of jaundice and was probably suffering from diarrhea. Other members of the family had also been ill, but none as sick as Lali .Kaluram tried seeking the advice of local healers near Jharia in Jharkhand, but Lali who was 19 remained strangely bloated, her face and body swollen. The family of 10 survives on RS 5,000 a month, generated by their bicycle repair business and Kaluram worried running to a government hospital in Jharia was more than they could afford. Local health worker, Durga Chandra did not have the expertise to diagnose Lali. But she had a cell phone and access to a network of doctors who could advice her. She sends a text to the CVS, which then alerts a doctor in Jharia who sends an instant reply. The instructions were clear-Lali needed to be in a hospital. Transportation and arrangements for Lali’s care in Jharia was taken care of by the hospital to which the, message was sent. Sitting on the wall outside her mud and stone house several months later Lali looked healthy, although still weak. Her father was more energetic, especially when he talked about Mobilicine and how it had changed her care in the village. MOBILICINE INC.
