Sharyland transition issue
Sharyland Transition Issue:

  • Currently working to resolve issue involving approximately 172 Customers with multiple ESI IDs where one ESI ID is with the Competitive REP and their remaining ESI IDs are with Default REP(s).

    • PUCT Staff and SU Concerns: When Customer contracted with Competitive REP (CR) on one premise Customer may have thought that included all premises assigned to the same Customer.

      • Disconnect for Non-Payment (DNP) activities for these premises were temporarily suspended.

      • MarkeTrak Issues were created by SU that included both Competitive and Default REPs to investigate Customer’s intent for all their ESI IDs. A 10 Business Day grace period were provided to Retailers to complete their investigations.

  • AMS Data Workshop:

  • July 8, 2014 RMS Meeting Cancelled

    • With the July 4th holiday the weekend prior to RMS, concerns were voiced during the June 3rd RMS meeting that RMS may have issues establishing a quorum that would prevent voting on key documents.

    • Also, with increased traffic on roads and in airports, potential increased cost for airfare and overnight hotel stay, RMS Leadership along with ERCOT made the decision to cancel the July 8th RMS meeting.
