  9. Key Points of KI SpecEngine • SpecEngine will automatically generate in real time estimating, pricing, and BOM’s. This will improve process times on approval drawings, purchasing requirements and immediate order entry • Imports AutoCAD files to seamlessly integrate building shells for proper product placement. • Creates “on the fly” proper submittal elevations, details, panel keys, door schedules and legends. • Converts 3D information of any size into a PDF for easy emailing. • Converts 2D and 3D into other formats (.dwg) for future integration. • In regard to Revit, the CET Designer RevLink Extension will enable you to create and post families of CET Designer articles. These families will be available and downloadable to architects, designers, dealers – anyone who helps to create buildings and office space – in order to design a truly realistic environment, populated with furniture and other accessories. • Creates photo-realistic renderings in seconds, customized with animation, flash clips, lighting and more. • Generates quotes, orders, 3D layouts and more without using additional applications, plug-ins and manually installed updates. • The interactive SpecEngine3D module works in sync with a 2D module and can produce on the fly 3D quotes and orders that are viewable on any computer.
