Date: April/May TBD

Expo Timeline:

1:00-1:30 Opening Session

1:30-3:00 Interactive activities

3:00-4:00 Snacks, visit vendor displays

4:00-5:30 Speakers, career/collegiate

5:30-6:00 Awards and Closing Remarks

  • We have the following committees:
  • Opening Session – speaker, enthusiasm building kick off
  • Activities for kids – choose interactive activities and workshops from provided material, lead activity or support activity leader
  • Activities for adults – demonstrate how to lead a science activity
  • Speakers – find career session speakers, or speak about your experience in the tech industry
  • Advertising/Registration/Website – work with the Girl Scouts to promote the event
  • Sponsors/Give Aways /Displays/Vendors – find companies or professional organizations to sponsor, donate give-aways, or do a vendor display
  • Facilities/Supplies/Snacks – chairs/tables/posters/food/set up/tear down
  • Awards – design/print awards for leadership/innovation/cooperation/etc.
  • RWN Vendor Table – help create the display, attend to the table
