VENDOR MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE PROGRAM • Origin Office conducts a Vendor Orientation session in each of the Customers nominated countries • Establishes appropriate communications channels and insures understanding of customers requirements. • Establishes KPI’s and monitors Vendor performance • Insure the quality and timeliness of data and documents • Foster proactive, collaborative problem solving while insuring goods are shipped according to plan

CARGO AND DOCUMENTATION PROCESS • Receive 850 Purchase orders and monitor purchase orders as per final customer procedure • Receive booking from Vendors and verify accuracy of information against 850 • Request and obtain Customer authorization for any discrepancy received in the Vendor’s booking • Coordinate, plan and route cargo according to the Customer routing instructions • Instruct Vendor to load container as per final customer instructions. • Collect and dispatch all commercial documents according to Customers requirements • Issue original forwarders cargo receipt within 48 hours of cargo and documentation receipt • Secure, capture and transmit accurate shipping information via EDI.
