CLINICAL HISTORY . 23 year old lady presented with joint pains, skin rash and urine examination showed proteinuria with an active urinary sediment. Serum Creatinine was 1.4 mg/ dL . Serology for ANA was positive. ANCA was negative. Renal biopsy was performed. H&E, X10. H&E, 40. PAS, X40.
