  1. Accessing your HEAR • Register with Gradintel on the link provided on your registration email. You will receive this in semester 2 of 2014. • If you are eligible and do not receive an email by the end of semester 2 of 2014 please contact us at hear@keele.ac.uk

  2. Accessing your HEAR • Once you have received your registration email from Gradintelplease click on the link to follow the registration process and choose your user name and password.

  3. Accessing your HEAR • Once you have completed your registration please visit www.gradintel.com to log on • You will be prompted to changeyour contact email address to your personal emailaccount

  4. Accessing your HEAR • Once logged in click on University Services

  5. Accessing your HEAR • Once in University Services select My HEAR • To view your HEAR click View my HEAR

  6. Sharing your HEAR • You can share your HEAR by clicking on Share my HEAR which will send an electronic token via email

  7. 6.1 activities • You can view your co-curricular activities by clicking on Achievements

  8. Careers • Further information from the Careers and Employability Team and how you can use them in conjunction with Gradintel can be found by clicking on Careers
