  1. Accessing the Internal Address Book I created an “Internal Address Book” so that you don’t have to look through so many names when you just want to scan to your email. It will also be easier when you are sending to someone on your team. Here is what you do!

  2. Log in and click on the “Services Home” Button to get this screen, then tap E-mail.

  3. Tap on “New Recipients.”

  4. Tap the “Internal” button.

  5. You will see the button has changed to the word “public”. It is like a toggle switch (just ignore the fact that it has changed). Type in a few letters of your last name then tap “search”.

  6. Tap on your name and a window will pop up for you to tap “Add(To).”Tap the “close” button. The rest is what you already know, but if you need help with anything please let me know.
