Yeshiva University Presidential Fellowship in university and community leadership The Presidential Fellowship provides a unique leadership opportunity to select YU graduates who show the ability to affect aspects of Yeshiva University life by adding energy, inspiration, and creativity The Leadership graduate seminar strives to impart the necessary knowledge and skills to the Fellows so they understand themselves, Yeshiva University and the wider Jewish community and contribute to the development and growth of each

  3. 5 Big Ideasto remember 5 years after the Fellowship… • Fellows will engage in their professions and communities in meaningful ways • Fellows will maintain and expand professional skills • Fellows will connect to Yeshiva University as alumni • Fellows will be empowered to enact changes in their workplaces and communities • Fellows will maintain their self identity and understand, appreciate and utilize their strengths and emotional intelligences

  4. Assessing Success using Formative and Summative Assessment

  5. Someone engaged in his or her community in vital ways, taking on a leadership role in one or more organizations while excelling in a profession that he or she is passionate about. He or she will also be an active alumnus/alumna, using his or her professional skills to improve YU, his or her community, and his or her profession.
