  1. Adopt facial gymnastics • Inspired by ancestral Ayurvedic techniques (a form of traditional Indian medicine), the facial gym is based on facial relaxation, muscle toning, and blood circulation stimulation. Thanks to targeted exercises, we can even restore the curve of the face by muscling certain parts that have been slack, such as the eyelids, the contour of the lips, and the neck. All you have to do is do precise stretching by opening wide and then closing your eyes and mouth firmly, and massage your skin with your fingertips to relax, smooth, and soothe your features. To be performed upon awakening, before proceeding with our usual beauty routine.

  2. Protect the skin from the sun UVA rays, which represent about 95% of the ultraviolet rays which reach the earth, cause skin photoaging (loss of firmness and the appearance of wrinkles). They pass through clouds, glass, and the epidermis, and damage cells in the long term. To protect yourself properly, you must use a sunscreen with an SPF of 50or more every day, summer and winter. A good idea to facilitate the integration of this type of product in our beauty routine: adopting daily moisturizers for the face and for the body that offers an integrated sun protection factor. Be careful, however: if you plan to go out during the strongest hours of sunshine, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., make sure you "re-spread" every two hours. We do the same if we have sweated a lot,

  3. Drink enough water About 65% of our body is made up of water ... and 40% of that is in our skin. Conclusion: by hydrating us enough, we help the epidermis to stay in good condition. Not only do we allow it to defend itself more effectively against daily aggressions, but we give a boost to the cells so that they regenerate, and we increase the luminosity of our complexion.

  4. Have a varied diet Tea, soybeans, garlic, crucifers, colorful vegetables and fruits, sprouts, legumes, grains, heavy metal-free fish, avocados, berries, nuts and almonds, oils of everything type (olive, walnut, rapeseed, camellia, hemp, flax), eggs rich in omega 3, dark chocolate, spices, and aromatic herbs are all-natural ingredients that provide anti-aging benefits to the body. Rich in antioxidants and good fat, they can help fight cell damage caused by free radicals, in addition to nourishing and replenishing the skin.

  5. Cleanse and remove makeup from your face every day Clean skin ages less quickly because it is less prone to micro-inflammation, a phenomenon today singled out as being the main cause of aging.  Fatty substances and pollutants that accumulate on the epidermis generate oxidation and inflammation, in addition to altering the barrier function of the skin, which dehydrates, becomes sensitized and becomes even more vulnerable.  To aggressors. The right gesture to counter these harmful effects? Cleanse your face every morning and every evening with an ultra-soft product and remove all traces of makeup before going to bed using a good makeup remover.
