  2. Collection of Microbiological Specimens วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาสามารถ 1.อธิบายหลักการในการเก็บสิ่งส่งตรวจทางจุลชีววิทยาได้ 2.บอกและอธิบายชนิดต่าง ๆ ของสิ่งส่งตรวจได้ว่ามาจาก แหล่งที่ปราศจากเชื้อหรือแหล่งที่ปนเปื้อนเชื้อ Suwin/ Specimen Collection

Collection of Microbiological Specimens 3.บอกและอธิบายถึงชนิดต่าง ๆ ของภาชนะที่ใช้ในการ เก็บสิ่งส่งตรวจทางจุลชีววิทยาได้ 4.อธิบายวิธีการเก็บและนำส่งสิ่งส่งตรวจที่พบบ่อยๆ ได้ เช่น throat swab, nasopharyngeal swab, sputum, feces, rectal swab, urine, urethral swab, pus, blood, CSF, biopsied specimens, etc. Suwin/ Specimen Collection

  4. Collection of Microbiological Specimens หลักการทั่วๆไปในการเก็บสิ่งส่งตรวจเพื่อเพาะเชื้อ 1. ควรเก็บสิ่งส่งตรวจก่อนให้ยาต้านจุลชีพ (Antibiotics) 2. เวลาที่เก็บสิ่งส่งตรวจ 3. เลือกเก็บสิ่งส่งตรวจให้ถูกต้อง 4. การเก็บสิ่งส่งตรวจที่ถูกต้อง Suwin/ Specimen Collection
