KINSELLA Robert A. Cox (“Cox”) and Ronna D. Kinsella (“Kinsella”) are listed as counsel of record for Defendant Silver Trucking, LLC, but Cox and Kinsella are not admitted in this Court. Despite the Clerk’s efforts to obtain compliance with E.D. Tenn. L.R. 83.5(b)(1) governing pro hac vice admission, Cox and Kinsella have not moved to be admitted or to withdraw from the case.1 Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Cox and Kinsella SHALLSHOW CAUSE in writing on or before June 7, 2022, why they each should not be held in contempt or otherwise sanctioned for their actions, or lack thereof, concerning this matter. In the event that proper notices/motions to withdraw or motions for admittance (including proper registration for the Court’s electronic case filing pursuant to Rule 5 of the Court’s Electronic Case Filing Rules and Procedures), are filed by Cox and Kinsella prior to June 7, 2022, this show cause order shall be deemed satisfied.
