  2. 内 容 • 血标本及脑脊液处理 • 血标本、脑脊液的储存

  3. 一、标本处理 • 1、采血管及EP管标注：标注编号与资料编号一致 • 抗凝管标注 非抗凝管标注 EP管标注(管帽管壁)

  4. 二、血标本处理流程图 抽血 抽血8ml 可4度冰箱 储存24h 红头非抗凝管3ml血 紫头抗凝管5ml血 24h内离心 离心：2000转/分×10分钟 红头管血清(Q):500微升/管×2个EP管 紫头管血浆(J):500微升/管×3个EP管 吸上清 1、吸完血浆的紫头管的血标本置于-20度冰箱保存 2、EP管血浆和血清置于-80度冰箱，分类保存 放置

  5. 注意事项 • 1、如果离心后血浆（或血清）少，可酌情减少吸取管数，目的是不要吸到白细胞层（或血细胞）！ 紫头抗凝管（正常血浆） 紫头抗凝管（少量血浆） EP管存储上清量(500微升) • 2、吸每一管血标本的上清都要更换移液管。 • 3、紫头抗凝管血不可置于-80度冰箱保存，以免抗凝管冻 裂。

  6. 二、脑脊液处理流程图 抽取 抽取脑脊液12ml 2ml脑脊液当地医院进行常规和生化检测 10ml混匀分装：1ml/管× 10个EP管 放置 置于-80度冰箱保存

  7. 记录标本单：示例 家系标本保存详细记录 在表中记录每类样本个数。
