Evaluation of HLA-DR and Class I Antigen Expression in Ma-Mel-48 Cell Lines Treated with IFN-γ
This study investigates the expression of HLA-DR and HLA class I antigens in Ma-Mel-48 cell lines following treatment with IFN-γ (500 U/ml) for 48 hours. Control groups remained untreated. Cells were stained with monoclonal antibodies L243 and W6/32 to detect HLA-DR and HLA class I expressions, respectively. The findings, presented in Supplementary Figure S2, illustrate representative histograms from one of three independent experiments, demonstrating the modulation of antigen expression in response to IFN-γ treatment.
