PassCodes are an electronic admission ticket that will streamline the online enrollment process for your employees. • PassCodes are requested via the Online Instruction Center through a Group Purchase Request form. • PassCodes are sent to you via email. • You distribute PassCodes and enrollment instructions to your employees.

4. Where to Begin Click on “Purchase” to begin request for PassCode generation.

5. Submit Your Request Select Group Purchase Request.

6. Group Purchase Request Form Complete group purchase request form indicating how many PassCodes you are requesting along with your contact information.

7. Group Purchase Request Confirmation Information on your Purchase Request is sent to us via email.

8. PassCode List We email you the individual PassCodes. You distribute to your employees. A PassCode is needed for each course.

9. Using a PassCode Employee selects a course at the Online Instruction Center by clicking on the courses link.

10. Student Enrollment Process Or searches for course by title. Employee chooses course Department.
