Classroom News Hello Parents, We have completed our first Week of the 2014 – 2015 school year. The children are wonderful and sweet. They seem to get along with each other and work well together. I look forward to getting to know each one of them better over the year. This week we worked on learning the new reading program and are getting used to the format. We will be working in centers in the morning and the children will be required to be quite independent so we are working on that. In math we are working on simple addition and work problems. The children are doing great! Next week we will begin spelling and the children will be required to take a test on 10 wordsThey will be receiving the first spelling list on Monday. Please look for it in their backpack on MONDAY! The first test will be on Friday, August 29th.
