Het Centre of Expertise Watertechnologie heeft de volgende beoogde resultaten: • Aantal afgestudeerden (BSc) met specialisatie watertechnologie wordt vervijfvoudigd; • Percentage afgestudeerden dat in Noord Nederland blijft is verdubbeld; • Verdubbelde doorstroom watertechnologie (aantal studenten) HBO → WO; • Kwaliteitsverhoging van BSc-opleidingen van 1 niveau (accreditatie); • Onderzoeksprojecten waarin HBO en bedrijven samenwerken is 25; • Onderzoeksprojecten waarin HBO en WO samenwerken is 10; • Aantal wetenschappelijke publicaties is 25; • Aantal aangesloten bedrijven is 25.
