  • Pinch the outside of one glove near the wrist
  • Remove glove completely, inside out, discarding it in the trash can
  • Run finger of ungloved hand between arm and glove – do not touch the outside
  • Remove second glove with a twist of the wrist, discarding it in the trash can
  • Wash hands
