Inventory issues • Shared regional arrangement – Clemson was designated regional for Education • ERIC microfiche collection as substitute for GPO distributed ERIC microfiche • Re-loaded database with Marcive records for all ED materials • Post-Marcive load – reviewing all records with no barcodes to identify ERIC microfiche

  4. Filling the Gaps • In-state discards • Coastal Carolina University • South Carolina State University • Lander University • Review of Needs & Offers Lists • Started in January 2010 • Discard season kicked-in in June
