Chain of Change Procedure • In our workshops we collectively look for structural solutions for the bottleneck we encounter • We sustain the friendship with our Kenyan colleagues by promissing them that we will come back • Our co-operation is directed toward coaching and guidance being taken over by our Kenyan colleagues 
