INTRODUCTION • We introduce ourselves as a GOVT. of India Recognized EXPORT HOUSE. • We have been operating for the past 25 years. • We have recently decided to venture into the BPO sector . • We have excellent infrastructure and very well equipped we have presently 70 Seats. • We are ready to Ramp up to anynuymber of seats. • We have our own Premises of about 4500 sqft..

  5. OUR TEAM Our Team is excellent and Goal Oriented. Our delivery is always on time .We try our level best to achieve and out do any Centre in terms of  Quality. The team comprises of industry trained hardcore professionals who were the best in their respective fields. We have hand-picked all our employees very carefully to deliver quality on time. Our workforce presently comprises of 36 individuals.

  6. LEADERSHIP TEAM Mr. Nirmal Nath (Founder Director-N.M BPO SERVICE PVT LTD) A seasoned businessman who has been running the organization for the past 25 years. His ability to streamline all operations has earned us the faith and recognition of business clients all over the world. His journey from KIMSIM LEATHERS to N.M BPO SERVICE PVT LTD has been extremely illustrious. His vision to adapt and readapt has made him explore out new areas of business growth. N.M BPO SERVICE PVT LTD is his brain child.

Mr. Mayukh Nath (Co-Founder& Director- N.M BPO SERVICE PVT LTD) A young and vibrant business professional who has acquired MBA from PAILAN is an excellent upcoming entrepreneur and his hunger for growth and knowledge has made him the ideal businessman in today's world. His energy and level of commitment has to be and is admired by one and all. From the time of association to the company, he has made the company grow in leaps and bounds.

  8. Mr. Abhisek Dutta (Head of Operations & Business- N.M BPO SERVICE PVT LTD) A self motivated individual and achiever in true sense. He is a MBA in Operations Management from National Institute of Management and a SIX SIGMA Black Belt .He is an excellent industry trained professional. He has been in the Outsourcing industry for almost 10 years now. Has seen the industry grow from scratch to hub. He has been associated with MNCs like IBM, EXL SEVICES, FIRST SOURCE. Has handled almost all kinds of Outbound, Inbound and Back Office processes. His past associations with the biggest names in the industry has made him an asset for the company. He has been with us and helped us grow since the very inception.

  9. WORK EXPERIENCE Handled a project on Captcha Entry and customer information management with Future Group( BIG BAZAAR). The Duration of the Project was only 6 months. We were one of their best performing centers with outstanding quality scores. We are one of the favorite outsourcing partners for “Justdial”. We are handling data mining, and data verification processes for Justdial, since 4 months now. One of our latest achievement is acquiring a sales, promotions, inbound customer care project from one of the biggest DUBAI based client DUBAI BAZAAR. We are looking forward to do a big project and establish our foothold in the International Market.

  12. ACHIEVEMENTS We have received quite a good amount of accolades from Future Group(BIG BAZAAR), on the successful completion of the contract for maintaining 98% quality on an average. We are also one of the best quality data providers for JUSTDIAL.
